பாரியின் வீச்சு..

வடக்கு மாகாணக் கல்விப் பணிப்பாளரின் ஆலோசனைக்கமைவாகவும் மடு வலயக் கல்விப் பணிப்பாளர் அவர்களின் கோரிக்கைக்கமைவாககவும் கடந்த வாரம் க.பொ.த உயர் தரம் 2025/2026 பிரிவுகளைச் சேர்ந்த 100 மாணவர்களுக்கு "தொழில் வழிகாட்டல்" கருத்தரங்கு நடைபெற்றது.

குறித்த நிகழ்வில் பிரதம விருந்தினராக மடு வலயக் கல்விப் பணிப்பாளர் திருமதி A.C வொலன்ரைன் அம்மையார் அவர்களும் பிரதிக் கல்விப் பணிப்பாளர் திரு.சிவசம்பு மதியழகன் (பொது நிர்வாகம்) அவர்களும் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

எனது அழைப்பை ஏற்று வளவாளராக திரு.பாலசிங்கம் சிறீபவன் விரிவுரையாளர் தேசிய கல்வி நிறுவனம் அவர்கள் கலந்து சிறப்பித்தார். குறித்த கருத்திட்டத்தை வெற்றிகரமாக நடைமுறைப்படுத்துவதற்கு உயரிய நிதிப் பங்களிப்பு வழங்கிய நிறுவுநர் அவர்களுக்கும் ஒத்துழைப்பு வழங்கிய அனைவருக்கும் எனது மனமார்ந்த நன்றிகளைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கின்றேன்.

As per the advice of the Northern Provincial Director of Education and the request of the Madu Zonal Director of Education, a "Career Guidance" seminar was held last week for 100 students from the G.C.E. Advanced Level 2025/2026 sections. The event was graced by Mrs. A.C. Wollenrain, the Madu Zonal Director of Education, as the chief guest, along with Mr. Sivasambu Mathiyazhagan, the Deputy Director of Education (Public Administration). We were honored to have Mr. Balasingham Sripavan, Lecturer at the National Institute of Education, as the resource person, who accepted my invitation and contributed his expertise to the seminar.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the generous founder who provided the financial support for the successful implementation of this project, as well as to everyone who cooperated in making the event a success.

குரலை உயர்த்திப் பேசுவது தலைமைத்துவம் அல்ல! நாம் பேசத் தொடங்கும் போது மற்றவர் குரல்கள் அடங்குவது தான் தலைமைத்துவம். துணுக்காய் வலயக் கல்விப் பணிப்பாளர் திருமதி மாலதி முகுந்தன் அவர்களது கோரிக்கைக்கு அமைவாக துணுக்காய் கல்வி வலயத்திற்குட்பட்ட பாடசாலைகளைச் சேர்ந்த அதிபர்கள் அபிவிருத்தி உத்தியோகத்தர்கள் மற்றும் முகாமைத்துவ உத்தியோகத்தர்கள் ஆகியோருக்கு துணுக்காய் வலயக் கல்வி அலுவலகக் கேட்போர் கூடத்தில் 16.01.2025 இடம்பெற்ற தலைமைத்துவம் தொடர்பான கருத்தமர்வின் பதிவுகள். குறித்த நிகழ்வில் வளவாளராக தேசிய கல்வி நிறுவகத்தின் விரிவுரையாளர் திரு. பாலசிங்கம் சிறீ பவன் அவர்கள் கலந்து சிறப்பித்தார். குறித்த கருத்திட்டமானது நிறுவுநர் திருமதி விமலரஞ்சிதன் சசிவதனா அவர்களது ஒரு இலட்சம் (100,000) ரூபாய் உயரிய நிதிப் பங்களிப்புடன் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டது.

Raising your voice is not a sign of leadership. True leadership involves incorporating the voices of others when we begin to speak. According to a request from Mrs. Malathi Mukundan, the Thunnukai Zone Education Director, we have provided this discussion session about leadership on 16 January 2025 at the Thunnukai Zone Education Office Auditorium. The session was attended by principals, development officers, and management officers from schools within the Thunnukai Education Zone. Mr. Balasingham Siri Bhavan, a lecturer at the National Institute of Education, chaired as the resource personal for this event. This project was made possible through a financial contribution of 100,000 rupees from the founder, Mrs. Vimalaranjithan Sasivathana.
